Tracy Abate, a longtime supporter of Dance for the Cure (DFC) and an independent stylist with Touchstone Crystal, recently held a fundraiser at Coldwell Banker of Hillsborough, NJ to support the organization's mission. DFC provides monetary gifts to women in financial distress due to a breast cancer diagnosis.
The event, which was held on March 15th, 2023, was a huge success, with $1,400 in sales. Tracy generously donated her commission of $350 to Dance for the Cure. Additionally, the jewelry earned from the party is being donated to Ribbon of Hope, DFC's annual fundraiser, and will be used to enhance the baskets raffled off during the evening.
But that's not all! A co-worker of Joanne Liscovitz, co-founder of DFC and a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker of Hillsborough, placed another order and talked about hosting a party. From this party, Tracy will be donating 10% of her commission to DFC.
It's inspiring to see people like Tracy using their talents and connections to make a difference. By partnering with Joanne and Coldwell Banker, she was able to raise funds for DFC and help support women in need.
