On the morning of July 6th, the Dance for the Cure volunteers turned Joanne Liscovitz's office into a hub of laughter and productivity. The mission was simple, yet vital: prepare 1,800 invitations for the Ribbons of Hope fundraiser.
Thanks to Matt at Mailbox Business Center, our letters arrived print-perfect and pre-folded. As our volunteers hunkered down to stuff and stamp, the room filled with an infectious energy. The task turned into a reunion, complete with stories, laughter, and the occasional groan as another batch of envelopes appeared just when they thought they were done.
In the midst of this envelope extravaganza, a fun game emerged: the Envelope Peel Mountain competition. And let's not forget the collective sigh of relief when they realized these modern marvels of envelopes didn't require any licking to seal!
The entire operation wrapped up in about two hours, all thanks to the team spirit and humor that lifted the mood and sped up the process. So, gear up for our Ribbons of Hope event this October, because thanks to our cheerful volunteers, a wave of hope-filled envelopes is heading your way!
