Welcome to 30 Days of Thankfulness, a month-long series recognizing the local businesses who help make our mission possible.
Each day, we’ll highlight one of our supporters, some who’ve been with us for decades, others who are new to the cause. All have made a difference in helping us bring hope to local breast cancer patients.
Today's Spotlight is Fairway Green
At Dance for the Cure, we’re honored to recognize Fairway Green and the Windish family, Melissa and Bob, along with their daughters Jen and Morgan, for their long-standing, heartfelt support of our mission.
Their involvement goes beyond business. As a family, they’ve supported Dance for the Cure and our Ribbons of Hope fundraiser both personally and professionally for many years. Through Fairway Green, they’ve donated popular lawn care service packages to our raffles. Their generosity doesn’t stop there… They've also contributed Giants game tickets, generous monetary donations, and even offered up space at their business when we needed it most.
At one point, they let us use an empty storage bay at Fairway Green to hold finished raffle baskets, giving our Basket Central volunteers the room to keep working. That kind of help is what makes them a true community partner.
We are deeply thankful for the Windish family and Fairway Green for the many ways they’ve helped us grow and give more to local breast cancer patients in financial need.
