On July 30, Dance for the Cure (DFC) Co-founder Kathleen Cirioli was invited by Richard Salem, Rotary Club President, to speak at the Hillsborough Rotary Club meeting held at The Landing Restaurant on Amwell Road. Kathleen shared the story of how Dance for the Cure began following her own breast cancer journey and explained how the organization continues to serve the community by providing direct financial support to local breast cancer patients in need.
Kathleen was joined by Domenica D’Imperio, a DFC Recipient, who spoke about her personal experience as a recipient of DFC’s support. Her story highlighted the very real impact that donations make for individuals and families navigating breast cancer.
Also in attendance were DFC Media Director, Lynn Grillo, and DFC volunteers Marcia Moore and Mary Ann Salem, alongside township leaders including Hillsborough Mayor John Ciccarelli and Committeeman Shawn Lipani, as well as community members and Rotary guests.

Dance for the Cure is grateful to the Hillsborough Rotary Club for the invitation to share our mission and the donation the RC provided. Together, through community partnerships and grassroots support, we can continue to provide hope and critical financial relief to breast cancer patients right here in Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, and Somerset counties.
