You've Got Mail! Getting Ready for Ribbons of Hope

Hundreds of invitations. Thousands of pieces of paper. And a room full of volunteers ready to tackle the task!
Each year, as preparations for Dance for the Cure's Ribbons of Hope fundraiser get underway, hundreds of invitations must be assembled and mailed to supporters. It's one of those behind-the-scenes jobs that takes plenty of helping hands, a little organization, and a whole lot of teamwork.
Our volunteers gathered for a good old-fashioned envelope-stuffing party, forming an assembly line to prepare the mailing. With invitations, inserts, envelopes, and stamps spread across the tables, everyone pitched in to get the job done.
It's a simple task that plays an important role in the success of Ribbons of Hope. Each invitation is an opportunity to bring supporters together for an event that raises funds to provide financial assistance to local breast cancer patients.
And judging by the photos, this crew found time for a few smiles along the way!
A big thank-you to our mailing team! Your time and effort helped get the word out about Ribbons of Hope, one envelope at a time.
