Bringing Awareness to Main Street
Each October, more than 400 symbolic pink bows appear at businesses throughout Hillsborough, Flemington, Martinsville, and Raritan as part of Dance for the Cure's Pink Bow Project. These eye-catching displays create a strong visual presence during Breast Cancer Awareness Month while reminding residents that local families are navigating the challenges of a breast cancer diagnosis.
Launched in 2018, the Pink Bow Project has become a recognizable tradition that reflects the generosity of participating businesses and the dedication of our volunteers. Together, they transform shopping districts into visible expressions of hope, compassion, and community support.
Explore the stories below to see how local businesses and volunteers help bring the Pink Bow Project to life each year.
Thank you to all our participating businesses!
