Basket Creation
Help transform donated items into the beautiful themed baskets featured at our annual Ribbons of Hope fundraiser. Volunteer opportunities include creating baskets, organizing inventory, preparing supplies, and assisting with other behind-the-scenes activities throughout the season.

Each September, volunteers handcraft and distribute more than 400 pink bows that decorate businesses throughout Central New Jersey during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Whether you enjoy crafting at home or delivering bows to local businesses, there are many ways to participate.
Soliciting Donations
Our basket-makers rely on the many donations brought in by our volunteer network. You can help! Secure donations for Ribbons of Hope by reaching out to businesses, friends, and community members. Prizes for baskets, gift cards, and monetary donations are all needed.

Help bring Breast Cancer Awareness Month to communities across New Jersey by preparing and delivering ribbon displays to participating municipalities. Volunteers assist with assembling materials and delivering them to town halls before October begins.
Our signature annual fundraiser relies on dozens of volunteers before, during, and after the event. Help solicit donations, prepare baskets, assist with setup, welcome guests, sell raffle tickets, or lend a hand wherever it's needed on event day.
Outreach & Fundraising
Represent Dance for the Cure at community events, information tables, and fundraising activities throughout the year. Volunteers also help support third-party fundraising events, share information about our mission, and build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
